Si chiama “Theatrum” ed è il dolce che la pasticceria De Vivo ha dedicato al Teatro Grande della Pompei antica, edificato nel II secolo a.C. Si tratta di una tartelletta di frolla, biscotto al cioccolato senza farina, mosto cotto e composta di fichi (che ricordano ingredienti utilizzati diffusamente nell’antica Pompei) e, per finire, ganache montata con cacao al 70%, la cui forma ondulata ricorda le gradinate della cavea dell’antico teatro pompeiano. La firma è ovviamente del maestro Maurizio “Black” Santin, dallo scorso aprile pastry chef della pasticceria De Vivo. Il nuovo dolce è però una “limited edition”: sarà prodotto esclusivamente fino a luglio, vale a dire soltanto per la durata di “Pompeii Theatrum Mundi”, la rassegna di drammaturgia antica in programma dal 20 giugno al 13 luglio 2019 nel Teatro Grande degli Scavi di Pompei. “Theatrum” potrà essere gustato, prima o dopo gli spettacoli, presso la Pasticceria De Vivo a Pompei, via Roma 36.
