La notizia dei dolci sequestrati mi fa pensare che e importante controllare la sicurezza alimentare. Pero, mi chiedo come sia possibile che merce cosi grande possa viaggiare senza tracciabilita. Bisogna fare piu controlli.
Sono d’accordo con Valentini, ma forse le autorita dovrebbero anche informare meglio le aziende sui requisiti di sicurezza. E strano che nessuno se ne sia accorto prima di adesso.
