Quarto la Finanza sequestra fuochi pirotecnici pericolosi. IL VIDEO

Il Comando Provinciale della Guardia di Finanza di Napoli nell’ambito della costante attività di controllo economico del territorio coordinata dalla Sala Operativa, ha sequestrato, presso un’abitazione di Quarto, 144 pezzi, fra ordigni artigianali e articoli pirotecnici di fabbricazione illegale e ad alto potenziale esplosivo. In particolare, i finanzieri del Gruppo Pronto Impiego di Napoli, nel corso di un’attività info-investigativa a contrasto della produzione e commercializzazione di fuochi illegali, hanno scoperto e sequestrato numerosi artifizi pirotecnici pericolosi, del peso complessivo di 86 Kg. e con massa esplodente attiva di circa 10 Kg., detenuti illecitamente e con modalità di conservazione che non rispettavano i requisiti minimi di sicurezza.

Al termine dell’intervento, è stato denunciato all’Autorità Giudiziaria 1 responsabile, residente a Quarto , per violazioni sia del Testo Unico di Pubblica Sicurezza che del Codice Penale, per detenzione, fabbricazione, commercio abusivo ed omessa denuncia all’Autorità di materiale esplodente.Il servizio odierno, a distanza di pochi giorni dal sequestro di 330 kg. di botti pirotecnici illegali operato a Melito di Napoli dalle Fiamme Gialle di Giugliano in Campania e da quello di 140 kg. effettuato nel quartiere Poggioreale dagli stessi Baschi Verdi di Napoli, è il risultato di appositi servizi svolti dalla Guardia di Finanza di Napoli volti a contrastare la fabbricazione e la commercializzazione abusiva di materiale esplodente, fenomeni connotati da forte pericolosità sociale.
